Questions, answered
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. You can use LINKED(USA) for the whole trial without a card. Add one from the Billing page before it ends to keep going without interruption.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your plan's first charge is billed. If there's no card on file, your account is marked past due and you'll see a reminder to add one. Your data stays put.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time from the Billing page. When you switch mid-cycle, the difference is prorated on your next invoice.
How many people can use one account?
It depends on the plan: 1 user on Starter, 5 on Team and 15 on Pro. You can also add crew who only need to be scheduled, without a sign-in.
Is my data safe?
Each business's records are kept separate from every other account at the database level, and every user signs in with their own email and password. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
How do I cancel?
From the Billing page in your account. You won't be charged again, and your data is kept if you decide to come back.
